Survivor Lockdown

How many of you would turn on the TV, watch survivor and say, “Man, if only I had a chance to be part of it, I would have won!” Well, wait no more, my friend. For the first time in Generation:R’s history, we will be having our first ever Survivor Lockdown! Yes, it is not as big scale as the survivor on TV but the elements of outwit, outplay, outlast holds faithful in our smaller-scale Survivor. There will only be one prize for the ultimate survivor. You all will be locked-down in the church for 12 hours (8am to 8pm), forcing you to bond together, work together while being smart enough of trying to get the cooperation of everyone in your tribe to win the challenges or kick your threat out of the game at the Tribal Council. During the free time, you can chat, strategize, play or just hang out with one another. But during the challenges, you fight for Immunity. You may bring your laptops, Play Station, PSP, book to read or whatever else you might want to do during your free time. But do not forget to also prepare yourself with the champion mentality to win! Here are the details:

Date: 28 November 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 8am SHARP to 8pm
Venue: Gereja Peace AOG Kluang
Price: RM15 (inclusive of lunch and dinner)
Closing Date for Registration: 21 November 2009
Extra Note: for those bringing valuable items (like your laptop or playstation), please list them at the back of the form so we know who belongs to what item. Thank you.

New Site

Due to the www.generation-r.co.cc site being shut down, we had to move the blog to this address and therefore, having to make a new layout. Do give your comments on this layout.

Let me give you a simple overview on what we have on this site's sidebar (that's where most of the navigation is at). We have placed the time and date so you wont blur blur forget the time and date then make excuses (you're not the first to use the it slipped my mind excuse!). Then we have the event scroller and event calender for you to be in the know of what are the activities that Generation:R has planned. We of course have the 'Urm...' section. It is actually just a shoutout box. We know many of you LOOOOOOOVE to chat and so we have placed a chatbox there for all you chatterboxes.

Of course, we have the schedule download so that all of you WILL BE IN THE KNOW that you are in charge of a duty for that particular week. It is designed in such a way that you HAVE to download it. So there should be NO EXCUSE that you do not know you are on duty.

We also put a few links of associations, organizations and also people's website that you might find interesting to visit.

Thereafter, we have put some information about our youth group as well as this blog. Finally, there is a contact me button where if you want to email us, just click the button and you'll be forwarded to a contact page where you can just fill it up and it will be sent to us.
